Welcome to KARDO App, a platform owned and operated by Sporting Mile Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”), designed to simplify your badminton journey through coaching, tournaments, game hosting, and venue booking.
By downloading, registering, or using the App, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be:
– At least 18 years of age, or
– Using the App under the supervision and consent of a legal guardian.
2. Services Offered
Through our app, you may:
– Book certified badminton coaches for personalized or group training;
– Host or manage tournaments, from registrations to brackets;
– Create or join games with other players nearby;
– Find and book badminton venues available in your area.
Some services may be offered by third-party providers (coaches, venues), and we serve as an intermediary platform only.
3. Gameplay & Physical Activity Disclaimer
By participating in any games, training, or physical activities scheduled through our platform:
You acknowledge the inherent risks of injury, illness, or physical strain involved in sports. KARDO App and its affiliates are not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or damages incurred before, during, or after the use of our services.
You agree to:
– Ensure you are medically fit to engage in physical activity;
– Follow all safety guidelines issued by coaches or venue staff;
– Accept full responsibility for your participation.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Use the App only for lawful purposes;
– Provide truthful and up-to-date information;
– Refrain from harassing or abusing other users;
– Respect local venue rules and coach guidelines.
5. Bookings, Payments & Refunds
– All payments are handled via secure third-party gateways;
– Venue and coaching session charges vary based on provider;
– Refunds and cancellations are subject to each provider’s individual policy;
– KARDO App may charge service or convenience fees.
Refunds will not be granted:
– For no-shows or late cancellations;
– Once a service (session, match, tournament) has started.
6. Content and Conduct
You may post reviews or feedback on coaches, venues, or tournaments. However, you must not:
– Post defamatory, offensive, or illegal content;
– Misrepresent your identity or credentials;
– Violate any intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts at our sole discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the App, including designs, trademarks, logos, code, and other materials, is the property of KARDO App or its licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
8. Third-Party Interactions
We are not responsible for any direct dealings, misunderstandings, or service issues between you and third-party providers (coaches, venues, or other users). Any disputes must be resolved independently.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, KARDO App disclaims all liability for:
– Any personal injury or health complications;
– Missed or delayed bookings;
– Technical failures or service interruptions;
– Acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KARDO App, its founders, affiliates, and staff harmless against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if:
– You breach these Terms;
– Your actions pose risk to other users or our platform.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Amendments
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted in the App or sent via notification. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
