– Exchange or replacement of such goods, if applicable;
– Note: This policy does not cover services such as coaching, tournament access, venue bookings, or hosted games. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refunds Policy for service-related terms.
1. Shipping Policy (For Physical Products)
a. Order Processing:
– Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
– Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
b. Shipping Time:
– Delivery timelines vary by location but typically range from 3–10 business days.
– Users will receive a tracking link once the order has been dispatched.
c. Shipping Charges:
– Shipping charges may apply based on the product, location, and order total.
– Shipping fees (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
d. Delivery Partners:
We use reputable third-party logistics and courier partners. Delays caused by courier networks are beyond our control, but we will support users with escalation and tracking assistance.
2. Exchange Policy (For Physical Products)
a. Eligibility for Exchange:
You may request an exchange if:
– The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect;
– The request is made within 7 days of delivery;
– The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
b. Non-Exchangeable Items:
No exchanges will be allowed for:
– Products that are used or damaged after delivery;
– Items not purchased directly from the app;
– Gift cards, vouchers, or downloadable content.
c. Exchange Process:
– Raise an exchange request through the app or email support@kardo-app.com within 7 days;
– Provide clear images and details of the issue;
– Our team will verify and initiate the reverse pickup (if eligible);
– A replacement item will be dispatched once the original is received and inspected.
3. Digital Services – No Shipping or Exchange
Digital services such as:
– Coaching session bookings,
– Tournament registration,
– Venue or match bookings
are delivered virtually and are not subject to shipping or physical exchange. For issues with these services, refer to the Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
4. User Responsibilities
– Ensure the correct delivery address and contact information is entered at checkout.
– Be available at the provided address to receive the order.
– Refuse delivery only in case of visible damage or tampering.
5. Legal Compliance

– Applicable rules and guidelines issued by MeitY and the Government of India
